Supermicro seeks qualified QA manager with hands-on experience to create and enforce web-based products. As a QA manager, you will leverage your expert technical knowledge and past implementation experience in developing processes and standards to build our new cloud solution based on the latest industry cloud software development technologies such as LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, Python, Mysql, etc.). You will develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules for enterprise-scale requirements and lead its initial adoption across various test cases. You'll be responsible for managing the lab hardware and quality processes. You will need an excellent understanding of infrastructure operations, tools, and patterns used in an agile development continuous delivery environment. 


•    Monitor and report using test tools for automated, manual and regression test

•    Knowledgeable of VDBench and Jenkins

•    Skilled in understanding and deploying cloud technologies

Qualifications:


•Education and/or Experience: BS/MS EE, CE, ME 

•5+ years of quality assurance expertise 

•Experience with Agile development tools (Redmine, Git) 

•Confident presenter, and strong influencer; able to adapt level and style to the audience
