Overview
The Full Stack - PHP Developer plays a key role in our dynamic development team located in Madipakkam. This position involves the full range of application development, from front-end design to back-end integration. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications and services, ensuring optimal performance, and rectifying any technical issues that may arise. This role requires a keen understanding of both the user interface and server-side logic, balancing aesthetics with functionality. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP frameworks.

Create and manage MySQL databases for data storage and retrieval.

Ensure responsiveness and efficiency of applications across different devices.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-centric designs.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Conduct unit tests and debugging of applications.

Implement API integrations and manage back-end services.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Maintain version control using Git for project management.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.

Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Provide technical support and training to junior developers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope projects effectively.

Document development processes, code changes, and updates.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development.

Strong proficiency in PHP and popular PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).

Hands-on Experience With MySQL And Other Database Management Systems.
Familiarity with JavaScript and libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.

Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Knowledge of web security best practices.

Ability to debug and troubleshoot applications effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

A passion for learning new technologies and frameworks.

Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
