Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
  • Explain products or services in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service recommendations.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain records of calls and sales and record useful information in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, features, pricing, and offers.
  • Provide feedback to the team and suggest improvements based on customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelore's degree in any field.
  • Must have 1-2 years experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar sales/customer service role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
  • Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
