Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Manager, located in Dhanbad. The Floor Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties include training staff, managing inventory, setting and reaching sales targets, and coordinating with other departments to maintain store standards and performance.

  • Experience in Operations Management
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in retail management is a plus
