SuccessVisa is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and results-driven Migration Counselor to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh/Mohali. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process by offering expert advice on eligibility, documentation, and procedural requirements.

We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of providing accurate, up-to-date information on immigration laws, visa policies, and country-specific regulations. You will work closely with clients and migration agents to facilitate successful visa outcomes.

This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to clients on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
• Review client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with immigration regulations.
• Assist clients in preparing visa applications, including forms, supporting documents, and written statements.
• Stay informed about updates to visa policies, immigration laws, and country-specific requirements.
• Follow up with clients regarding application progress, additional information requests, and updates from relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and reports within the CRM system.

Experience Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or international education consultancy.
• Familiarity with online visa lodgment portals, government immigration systems, and documentation standards.
• Experience with CRM platforms, application portals, and document management workflows.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of visa regulations, immigration laws, and compliance procedures.

• Location: Chandigarh/Mohali
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
• Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
