Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Preferably in Safety / Industrial / Mechanical / Chemical or related field)
Certification: Any recognized Safety Certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HSE Specialist who can support our safety initiatives, conduct engaging training sessions, handle client communication, and contribute to developing meaningful safety activities at the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and coordinate HSE trainings for staff and workers.
- Handle client communication and understand their safety requirements.
- Develop creative and engaging HSE training modules, activities, and awareness programs.
- Facilitate safety sessions, toolbox talks, and workplace awareness campaigns.
- Monitor compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Assist in implementing HSE procedures, safety checklists, and reporting.
- Continuously bring new ideas and energy to improve the safety culture at the workplace.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client handling capability.
- Ability to create engaging training content and on-ground safety awareness activities.
- Active, energetic, and self-driven personality with a strong will to learn.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to take responsibility
