Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Website Frontend Developer
with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Framer. The ideal candidate will build
responsive, SEO-optimized, and high-performing websites
, ranging from CMS-based solutions to fully custom web applications.

This role includes mentoring and guiding senior and junior developers, ensuring
quality delivery, technical growth, and consistent client satisfaction
. The candidate will take ownership of the
entire project lifecycle
— from development and testing to hosting, optimization, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert
    Figma/PSD designs
    into responsive, pixel-perfect websites using WordPress, Shopify, Framer, or other platforms.
  • Develop and customize
    WordPress themes, templates, plugins, and widgets
    .
  • Build and maintain
    WooCommerce and Shopify websites
    , focusing on performance and conversions.
  • Optimize websites for
    Core Web Vitals, speed, and on-page SEO
    .
  • Handle
    domain setup, hosting, and migration
    on platforms like Hostinger, HostGator, GoDaddy, Bluehost, etc.
  • Conduct
    cross-browser and device testing
    to ensure quality across all platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
    frontend, plugin, and hosting-related issues
    efficiently.
  • Collaborate with
    design, SEO, and backend teams
    for full-cycle project execution.
  • Mentor seniors and juniors, ensuring
    best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement
    .
  • Maintain high standards for
    website quality, scalability, and client satisfaction
    .

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and ReactJS
    .
  • Expertise in
    WordPress customization
    and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, ACF).
  • Experience with
    WooCommerce and Shopify theme customization
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Framer or Webflow
    for modern website builds.
  • Strong understanding of
    responsive design frameworks
    (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
  • In-depth knowledge of
    on-page SEO, structured data, and web accessibility
    .
  • Experience with
    UI animations
    (AOS, GSAP, Framer Motion).
  • Expertise in
    hosting setup, migration, and management
    across various platforms.
  • Knowledge of
    website speed optimization tools
    (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, Cloudflare).
  • Experience with
    version control systems
    (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
