About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and passionate FullStack Developer with 3 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. You should have strong expertise in the Fullstack i.e. , NestJS, MongoDB, , , TypeORM, and PostgreSQL, along with a deep understanding of best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Full-Stack Development : Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications using the Fullstack (MongoDB, , , ).

- Backend Engineering : Build robust, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using , , and NestJS.

- Database Management : Design, integrate, and optimize databases using PostgreSQL (with TypeORM) and MongoDB, including data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning.

- Frontend Development : Create dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using and , focusing on reusable components and performance.

- Server-Side Rendering (SSR) : Implement SSR and Static Site Generation (SSG) using to enhance performance and SEO.

- Code Quality & Collaboration : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews, follow Agile methodologies, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

- Performance & Optimization : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks on both frontend and backend.

- Security : Implement security best practices including authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.

- Collaboration : Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional and engaging features.

- DevOps & Version Control : Utilize Git for version control and work within CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 35 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

- Core Technologies :

- Backend : , , NestJS, and TypeORM.

- Frontend : and its ecosystem; experience with preferred.

- Database : PostgreSQL (mandatory) and MongoDB.

- Programming Languages : Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ) and TypeScript.

- State Management : Redux Toolkit or Context API.

- Development Practices : Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Problem Solving : Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of GraphQL (Apollo Client/Server).

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Understanding of microservices architecture.
