We are looking for a Java developer with strong expertise in Java Core, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Join our fast-paced fintech team where innovation meets financial technology. As a Developer, youll help build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications that power digital payments, card management systems and payment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain fintech applications using Java (Spring Boot)
  • Design and implement secure RESTful APIs for financial transactions and data services
  • Collaborate with product managers and analysts to translate financial workflows into technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)
  • Optimize performance for high-volume, low-latency systems
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual.
  • Problem solver and solution-seeking approach.
  • Knowledgeable possessing the technical knowledge, market knowledge, and other specialized knowledge of the teams problem domain

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience as Java Developer
  • Strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Multithreading, Rest API, RESTful web services, SQL
  • Experience with JDK Migration, Spring Migration,
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
