Role Overview

Lead concept design, client presentations, design development, coordination with consultants, and oversee drawing quality for high-end residential and commercial projects. Ensure design intent is maintained through execution and support project teams in resolving site-level challenges. Drive design excellence while improving internal systems, standards, and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop concepts, space planning, and architectural narratives.
  • Lead client meetings and present design options with clarity.
  • Guide the detailing team; review and approve drawings and BOQs.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design adherence.
  • Improve internal workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
  • Mentor junior architects, designers and interns

Skills & Experience Required

  • B.Arch with 3+ years of experience in high-end residential and/or commercial architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, Adobe Suite; knowledge of other 3D rendering tools preferred.
  • Strong understanding of materials, services coordination, and execution realities.
  • Experience producing full drawing sets and managing consultants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
