Job Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Data Analyst with a strong foundation in mathematics, analytics, and AI-driven systems, including custom GPT development and prompt engineering.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data science and applied AI — leveraging mathematical insights, AI models, and natural language technologies to generate actionable intelligence and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & Business Insights

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
• Design and automate dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on business KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with departments to align data strategies with organizational goals.

2. Statistical & Mathematical Modeling

• Build and apply predictive and statistical models using advanced mathematical methods.
• Use regression, forecasting, and optimization techniques to solve complex business challenges.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments for marketing, product, and operational improvements.

3. AI, GPT Development & Prompt Engineering

• Develop and fine-tune custom GPT models tailored to business or analytical use cases.
• Create and optimize prompt engineering frameworks to enhance model accuracy and contextual understanding.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate GPT-based tools for data interpretation and reporting automation.
• Leverage LLMs (Large Language Models) for data summarization, trend prediction, and intelligent querying.

4. Data Management & Tools

• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, CRMs, cloud databases).
• Work with Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy), R, and data visualization libraries.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and structure for optimal usability.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong expertise in Mathematics, Statistics, and Quantitative Modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of machine learning, AI fundamentals, and NLP concepts.
• Hands-on experience in custom GPT development and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex datasets.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Experience in AI automation, predictive analytics, or generative AI projects.
• Exposure to cloud analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of data pipelines and ETL frameworks.
• Prior experience in data-driven decision-making for tech or marketing environments.
