Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistic Sales / Freight Broker, located in Mohali district. The Logistic Sales / Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, providing customer service, handling dispatching tasks, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating rates with carriers, scheduling and tracking shipments, resolving any logistical issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers.

  • Customer Service skills
  • Dispatching skills
  • Account Management skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
