About Position:

We are hiring for OBIEE Developer who will be Driving clinical insights through OBIEE dashboards integrated with Siebel CTMS empowering smarter decisions in clinical trial management.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and develop OBIEE dashboards and reports for CTMS modules, including:
  • Site Visit Reports (SVR)
  • Protocol Deviations
  • Document Tracking
  • Study Milestones
  • Team History and Investigator Performance
  • Integrate OBIEE with Siebel CTMS and ELVIS using:
  • Oracle BI Publisher
  • ETL pipelines
  • Collaborate with CTMS Administrators, Product Architects, and Developers to:
  • Implement schema changes
  • Optimize report performance
  • Support UAT and regression testing cycles for OBIEE upgrades and patch deployments
  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
  • Report rendering
  • Export functionality
  • Data inconsistencies across environments
  • Maintain and enhance OBIEE metadata repository (RPD) ensuring alignment with CTMS data models
  • Document technical specifications, data mappings, and report logic for audit and compliance purposes

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Proficiency in Oracle OBIEE 11g/12c for business intelligence reporting
  • Skilled in SQL & PL/SQL for database development and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with BI Publisher for customized reporting
  • Knowledge of Siebel CRM/CTMS systems
  • Familiar with Informatica ETL for data integration and transformation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
