Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
- Must be self-motivator and self-starter
- Meet personal/team qualitative and revenue targets
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
- Flexible to work in any shift ( including night shifts ) and 6 days working.
