Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Entrepreneur. The Entrepreneur will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, and managing daily operations. This individual will also engage in product development, market research, networking, and collaborating with the community to advance WellWith's mission. They will mentor and guide peers in creating passive income streams and support the business growth ecosystem.

• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and identify growth opportunities
• Strong networking and community engagement skills
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune full time
• Experience in wellness and health entrepreneurship is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field
