  • To be an effective communicator between the school and the parents.
  • Should attend to the needs of the parents when they visit the school.
  • Collect feedback, suggestions and comments from parents. Based on the information collected from the parent, should interact with the teachers, HOD's and Principals for all the follow up activities in regard to the student.
  • To analyze the academic progress of each student entrusted to them, after every exam, and to be equipped with full information to attend the analysis meeting conducted by HOI/Vice Principal.
  • To check the implementation of teaching plans and other activities, by following the teacher activity book and by speaking to the students. Any variation observed should not be directly told to the staff member, during the department meeting in the presence of Principal / Vice Principal can interact with the members of staff.
  • To attend the P.T.Ms, Department Meetings, Analysis Meetings and Staff Meetings conducted by Vice Principal / Principal / Correspondent.
  • To counsel the student as and when it is necessary.
  • Students Performance and Absenteeism follow ups
