Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including Factories Act, MPCB rules, and other relevant laws.
  • Conduct regular safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain an effective Environmental Management System (EMS) to minimize environmental impact.
  • Provide training on industrial safety, risk assessment, accident investigation, and occupational health best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies and procedures for EHS management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in EHS management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Ehs Compliance, Safety Audit, Safety Management, Industrial Safety, HSE Management, Occupational Health, Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification/Analysis.
  • Experience with implementing ISO 45001:2018 OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.
