Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage time and attendance systems: Oversee Zucchetti Time & Attendance and prepare various HR reports including headcount, absenteeism, and KPIs.
  • Support payroll and recruitment: Assist with payroll processes and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and communication with authorities.
  • Ensure legal and procedural compliance: Maintain adherence to labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies.
  • Act as liaison for HR policies: Serve as a key connection between local operations and global HR strategies, fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Business process improvements: Collect and analyze data to identify, evaluate, and implement more efficient methods for HR business activities.
  • Lead HR digital initiatives: Manage projects related to HR digitalization, including training and change management.
  • Develop people analytics capabilities: Create reports and insights using tools like Power BI to support data-driven HR decisions.
Skill Descriptors Educational and experience requirements:

University degree required, preferably a Masters in HR or related fields, with 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or consulting.

Technical and language skills:

Knowledge in Zucchetti system is preferred, MS Office; fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proactive, positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
