Terex Ventures India is expanding its core team and looking for a driven
Investment Analyst
to support deal evaluation, financial modelling, research, and founder advisory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and analyse
    financial models, valuations, and startup metrics.
  • Review
    pitch decks, assess business models, and prepare investment briefs/memos.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and sector research across global ecosystems.
  • Support
    due diligence by coordinating financial, operational, and legal inputs.
  • Assist founders with fundraising readiness:
    pitch grooming, metric reviews, and strategy.
  • Maintain and grow relationships
    with VCs, family offices, angels, and syndicates.
  • Support
    demo days, investor outreach, and internal investment processes.
  • Work closely with l
    eadership to drive deal execution and strategic projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Background in
    finance, business, economics, engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of s
    tartup financials, CAC/LTV, burn & runway, TAM-SAM-SOM, IRR, etc.
  • Proficiency in
    financial modelling (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Excellent research and analytical skills —
    ability to turn data into insights.
  • Clear communicator with
    good presentation skills.
  • Passionate a
    bout startups, venture capital, and emerging markets.
  • Freshers with strong
    analytical skills and a learning mindset are welcome.
