Key Responsibilities:

  • Design brochures, product catalogs, packaging, flyers, posters, banners, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Create visual content for digital platforms including social media, website, email campaigns, and presentations.
  • Develop product labels, nameplates, and technical illustrations as per industrial design requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and production teams to understand project requirements and ensure brand consistency.
  • Design internal communication materials like newsletters, signage, safety awareness posters, etc.
  • Support trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events with creative display designs.
  • Ensure all designs align with company guidelines and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
  • Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and printing techniques relevant to industrial and manufacturing environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.
  • Knowledge of printing processes, color correction, and layout design.
  • Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industrial branding, product packaging design, or technical illustration.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects) will be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of digital marketing design requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
