Bodyshop incharge

To oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the two-wheeler bodyshop, ensuring timely completion of accidental and painting jobs, maintaining high-quality standards, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

• Supervise and coordinate all bodyshop activities including estimation, job allocation, repair, and delivery.
• Prepare and verify job estimates, assess damages, and coordinate with insurance surveyors.
• Monitor the progress of body and paint jobs to ensure timely completion as per commitment.
• Ensure adherence to Yamaha repair quality and safety standards.
• Maintain daily records of job status, material usage, and labor productivity.
• Manage workflow between mechanics, painters, and service advisors.
• Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction through proper updates and timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory of bodyshop consumables and ensure optimum usage.
• Ensure proper documentation of accidental claims and insurance processes.
• Review and control rework cases to minimize quality complaints.
• Coordinate with accounts for billing and job closure.
• Prepare daily and monthly bodyshop performance reports.
