Job Description:
- Position :- Personal Secretary/ PA/EA Education Qualification:- Any Graduation Experience : 1 to 5 CTC:-2.16 – 3.00 lac pa JD:- 1, follow on behalf of MD 2, Collect MIS reports, 3, Compile and provide status on day to day basis, Support all office activities of MD and get executed
- Incumbent should be responsible for providing an accountable, comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to the Managing Director in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office and division.
- To maintain and provide a support service for the Managing Director's daily schedule, including forward planning of his workload, diary management and co-coordinating and collating all relevant paperwork.
- Collect MIS reports, Compile and provide status on day to day basis, follow on behalf of MD, Support all office activities of MD and get executed
- To set appointments and meetings for the Managing Director as requested including regular one to one meetings with the MD.
- To service meetings, including preparation of meeting papers, obtaining and preparing briefing materials and presentations, and taking minutes when requested/where necessary.
- Respond and advise efficiently to all electronic or verbal inquiries for the MD and other Facilities staff, using their own initiative
- To liaise effectively with internal divisions/departments and external organisations on behalf of the MD
- To ensure appropriate systems and processes are developed and maintained to support effective and efficient day to day running of the MD office
- To be responsible for submitting expenses claims, both internal and external, on behalf of the MD.
- To plan and implement travelling and hospitality arrangements for the MD, including provision of hospitality for Guests and visitors.Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates.
