Technician - Commissioning (Chiller & Heat Pump)

Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, commissioning and servicing of chillers, heat pumps, FCUs and AHUs.
- Conduct site inspections, equipment checks, and performance testing to ensure optimal operation.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and installation manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issue related to refrigeration cycle, pumps, electrical panels and control system.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Maintain proper documentation of commissioning reports, daily logs and handover sheets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedure during all site activities.
- Prior experience of working with electronic controlling, PLCs is must.
Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2 + years of relevant experience in HVAC or industrial heat pumps or chillers system commissioning.
- Good understanding of refrigeration principles, water circulation system and control logic.
- Ability to use commissioning tools, gauges and electrical meters.
- Basic Knowledge of BMS (Building Management System) is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
