Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Security Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will monitor, detect, investigate, and respond to security events and incidents, helping to safeguard our organization's IT infrastructure and sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor security alerts and logs using SIEM and other security tools

Investigate suspicious activity, security breaches, and incidents

Analyze threats, vulnerabilities, and risks across systems and networks

Assist in incident response, containment, mitigation, and recovery

Perform regular audits of systems, applications, and infrastructure

Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and standards

Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement security controls

Generate security reports and provide recommendations for improvements

Keep up to date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field

3-4 years of experience in security operations or SOC environment

Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Elastic , ArcSight, )

EDR, XDR TOOL CORTEX , PAM (CENTRIFY)

Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and cloud security

Understanding of threat intelligence and incident response frameworks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and documentation skills

Industry certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, SOC Analyst, or CISSP (Associate) are a plus

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with log analysis, threat hunting, or malware analysis

Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or ISO 27001

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹42,000.00 per month
