About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with a strong background in industrial projects to join our team at JSW Steel, Dolvi. The candidate should have hands-on site execution and quality management expertise in civil engineering works.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all civil engineering activities at site.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in civil execution of industrial/power/steel plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, foundations, and site supervision.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
