Role and Responsibilities: As the Manager Ramp;D, you will be responsible for:
  • Creating and applying products developed according to customer opportunity briefs
  • Handling cost optimization, raw material rationalization, and process optimization for new and existing products
  • Driving innovation and collaborating with marketing for new product launches
  • Localizing global product recipes at the target price
  • Providing processing knowhow and addressing customer queries to the sales team
  • Working with customers to develop processing technical solutions
  • Designing application solutions based on user infrastructure and capability
  • Understanding different industries such as Snack amp; Protein Processor, QSR, HORECA
  • Having sound knowledge of shelflife studies and declaring shelflife for products developed
  • Demonstrating strong technical expertise in handling protein and nonproteinbased frozen product solutions like Marinades, Flourbased coatings, Sausage Premix, Functional meat solutions, Cold cut meats preferred
  • Possessing knowledge of Bakery amp; Pizza Ingredient solutions for B2B and QSR market added advantage
Candidate Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have:
  • Knowledge of the snack industry, seasoning ingredients, ingredient additives, HORECA, QSR, etc.
  • Understanding of the B2B model
  • Familiarity with trends and developments in the market and end use of Seasonings, Marinades, Flourbased coatings, Breadcrumbs, Sprinklers, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment
  • Proficiency in local regulations related to the category
