Job Title: Office Fit-Out Specialist (MEP / C&I / Fire & Safety)

Location: Mumbai, India

Travel: Willingness to travel across PAN India based on project assignments

Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals with a strong background in office fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in one or more of the following domains:

  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
  • C&I (Controls & Instrumentation)
  • Fire & Safety Compliance

This role demands flexibility and readiness to travel across major cities in India, depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute office fit-out projects with precision and adherence to timelines
  • Ensure compliance with MEP, C&I, and fire & safety standards across all project sites
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and vendors
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety benchmarks
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges efficiently
  • Maintain documentation and reporting for project progress and compliance

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office fit-out projects (minimum 2 years, up to 7 years)
  • Specialized knowledge in at least one of the following: MEP, C&I, or Fire & Safety
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India based on project locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or relevant field
  • Certifications in Fire & Safety or related disciplines will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
