MUFG Global Service Private Limited:

Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG's global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Job Profile:

Position details:

• Apex development for Repo and SBL business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end STP flows.
• Provide first and second-line support for trading platforms (Repo, SBL, TRY).
• Participate in BAU and project development initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve Apex-related incidents.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality standards.
• Draft and manage technical design documentation (TDDs, TDOs).
• Engage with stakeholders and vendors to design business solutions.
• Coordinate with Apex project teams for production deployments.
• Support regulatory projects (e.g., SFTR, MiFID II).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Apex platform services.
• Analyse business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide L1 and L2 support, including trader query resolution.
• Ensure systems are up-to-date and aligned with BAU initiatives.
• Represent support and development functions in project discussions.
• Conduct functional testing and validate results for BAU deliverables.
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
• Safeguard system integrity while implementing new functionality.

Job Requirements:

• Experience supporting Fixed Income desks in investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with trading platforms, especially Apex.
• Strong proficiency in C++ (required).
• Experience with Apex Toolkit API (required).
• Familiarity with Apex Loanet Interface (ALI) and Google Unit Tests (desired).
• Deep understanding of derivatives, repos, and SBL products.
• Strong grasp of trade flow, pricing, and trade booking.
• Proficiency in FIX protocol and message formats.
• Technical and analytical skills essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Linux environments and network infrastructure
