We're Hiring – PPC Executive (Mohali)

Note: This opportunity is open to candidates based in (or willing to relocate to) the Tri-city area only.

Experience: 1–2 years (preferred)

We at Pronota, a Mohali-based Web Design & Development company, are looking for a PPC Executive who can plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns that bring real results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Manage lead generation and funnel optimization for B2B clients
  • Track, report, and improve KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)
  • Research keywords, industries, and buyer personas for better targeting
  • Collaborate with design and content teams on creatives and landing pages
  • Set up and manage tools like Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM tracking
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and ad algorithm changes

Skills We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years' hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and conversion strategies
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager
  • Strong copy writing and communication skills for ads and landing pages
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, re-targeting, and lead nurturing workflows
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for results
