Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in pipeline fitting, flange fittings, gaskets, valves, elbow joints, and pump seals. The role involves assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and components, ensuring efficient operation and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, assemble, and maintain pipelines, flange fittings, gaskets, valves, elbow joints, and pump seals.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

  • Conduct inspections and identify faults in mechanical systems.

  • Perform repairs and replacements as required, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

  • Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians to optimize system performance

  • Ensure all installations and fittings meet ASME standards and company specifications.

  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work.

  • Adhere to workplace safety protocols and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter in a similar industry.

  • Strong knowledge of pipeline fitting, flange fittings, gaskets, valves, elbow joints, and pump seals.

  • Familiarity with ASME standards and industry best practices.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Physical fitness and ability to work in industrial settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Fitting, Pipe Fitting, or a related field.

  • Certification in welding or pressure equipment maintenance is a plus.

  • Experience working in renewable energy, power plants, HVAC, or industrial machinery is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19, ₹25,000.00 per month
