Qualification:
- Diploma / Certificate in CSSD Technology or relevant healthcare discipline
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in CSSD operations in a reputed hospital
Key Responsibilities:
- Sterilization and disinfection of surgical instruments and equipment
- Operation of autoclaves and sterilization machines
- Proper storage and distribution of sterilized items
- Adherence to infection control and quality standards
