We are looking for a results-driven Senior Product Specialist who will focus on Zscaler's Zero Trust Cloud product portfolio. Reporting to the Principal Product Specialist. You will be responsible for:

• Assisting GTM teams by acting as a Zero Trust Cloud (ZTC) subject matter expert
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers to test, refine, and evangelize new product features to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
• Exploring advanced integrations to ensure successful implementation of scalable ZTC solutions
• Traveling and contributing to industry trade shows and conferences to share technical expertise and network
• Assisting marketing teams by contributing to webinars and creating impactful, educational content

• Expertise in public cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) with preferred certifications and strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including Zero Trust strategies.
• 6+ years of experience in cloud cybersecurity or product-focused roles, with a customer-facing focus and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional writing skills paired with hands-on experience testing technologies and implementing scalable solutions.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused mindset, ability to lead strategic projects, and willingness to travel for events. Familiarity with Zscaler and Zero Trust architecture is a bonus

• Customer-focused with a desire to solve problems and create value, while designing scalable and repeatable solutions.
• Innovation-driven with a passion for technology trends, their security impact, and strong public speaking skills.
• Collaboration-oriented, skilled at working with Product Managers, marketing, and sales teams to achieve goals.
