Job Description – Team Member (F&B Service)

Position: Team Member / Steward

Department: Food & Beverage Service

Location: As per requirement

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with Hotel Management background preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
  • Take food & beverage orders accurately and serve them as per service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, tables, and service areas.
  • Assist in setting up the restaurant before service (cutlery, glassware, table setup).
  • Ensure proper communication with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly or escalate to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
  • Support the team during peak hours and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and assist at the cash counter when required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food & beverage service will be an added advantage.
  • Team player with a customer-first approach.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
