In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Business Partnering & Strategy Support
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights to support strategy, budgeting, and operational decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin improvement.
- Translate financial data into meaningful recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
Project Controlling & Execution Support: Oversee financial aspects of project management including cost control, revenue recognition, and margin analysis
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in alignment with business goals.
- Prepare variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast/budget) with explanations and corrective action plans.
Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business planning and investment decisions.
Performance Management
Monitor KPIs, financial metrics, and operational performance to drive accountability.
- Provide insights on business performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Support leadership in achieving financial targets and operational efficiency.
Reporting & Insights
Deliver timely and accurate management reporting with meaningful commentary.
- Create dashboards and visualizations for key financial and operational metrics.
Present financial insights to senior management in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
Decision Support & Projects
Support evaluation of new business opportunities, investments, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Partner with stakeholders on pricing, product profitability, and business case development.
Provide financial expertise in transformation, restructuring, or process improvement initiatives.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support audits and compliance reviews as required.
- Promote a culture of financial discipline across the business.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Able to take accountability and owning accounting quality for financial reporting purposes.
- Working knowledge in Oracle with skills in adopting new technologies or applications
- Hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Power BI & related presentation tools.
- Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with complex processes, systems and tools
- Strong numerical, analytical skills with accuracy along with communication skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and create dynamic management reports
- Great teammate who builds and maintains positive relationships with Team members
- Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Chartered accountant / MBA finance with at least 15 years of experience in Finance MNC experience preferred.
