About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AEM Front-End Developer to modernize and optimize our digital experience platform. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end expertise, in-depth understanding of AEM Core Components, and a passion for creating performant, accessible, and reusable UI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Migrate custom-built components to AEM Core Components
  • Develop scalable front-end architecture using React, HTL, and Storybook
  • Build responsive, cross-browser, and WCAG-compliant user interfaces
  • Manage and configure templates, dialogs, and ClientLibs
  • Optimize performance through lazy loading, caching, and image optimization
  • Integrate front-end components with Sling Models and REST APIs
  • Collaborate closely with back-end developers, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and support CI/CD integration

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React, and HTL
  • Hands-on experience with AEM 6.5+, Core Components, and Sling Models
  • Proficiency in responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Gulp, , and performance tuning
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, and agile development workflows
