Role Overview
As our Google Ads Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of Google advertising campaigns including App Campaigns (ACI, ACE), YouTube, and Search — to drive quality installs, PRO conversions, and strong ROI.
You will collaborate closely with our Product Growth and Analytics teams (Mixpanel, Firebase) to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage Google App Campaigns for Installs & Engagement across multiple countries and languages.
- Continuously optimize for CPI, ROAS, and user retention, focusing on LTV rather than installs alone.
- Link and maintain data integrity across Google Ads, Firebase, Play Console, and Mixpanel.
- Perform creative asset testing (text, image, and video) to identify best performers.
- Set up and manage Search campaigns for brand, competitor, and intent-based keywords (e.g., "Bluetooth printer app", "POS receipt generator").
- Monitor Asset Reports, performance breakdowns, and learning phases — ensuring healthy pacing and scaling.
- Analyze attribution and funnel performance to identify high-value cohorts.
- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights and monthly strategy reviews.
- Suggest and coordinate creative improvements with design and content teams.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure event tracking accuracy in Firebase and app updates.
- Stay updated on Google Ads product changes, policies, and beta features.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for mobile apps (Android mandatory).
- Strong expertise in App Campaigns, Search, and YouTube Ads.
- Excellent command of Firebase events, conversions, and attribution setup.
- Proficiency with data-driven optimization (tCPA, tROAS, conversion value tracking).
- Solid understanding of Mixpanel / Firebase analytics funnels.
- Experience managing multi-country, multi-language campaigns.
- Proven track record of achieving CPI reduction, conversion uplift, and ROI improvements.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in Google Sheets or Data Studio dashboards.
- Google Ads Certifications (App Campaigns / Measurement) are a plus.
- Bonus: Familiarity with ASO and creative analysis for performance ads.

- Cost per Install (CPI) within defined targets
- Increase in high-retention users (tracked via Firebase/Mixpanel)
- Growth in PRO/paid conversions from Google Ads channel
- Improvement in ROAS and conversion rate month-over-month
- Regular insights and creative testing documentation
Engagement Details
- Type: Retainer basis (monthly fixed fee + hourly payment for additional hours)
- Commitment: ~20 hours per month
