Graphic Designer

We're looking for a forward-thinking Graphic Designer who specializes in AI-driven content creation, avatar development, and viral social media design. This role combines artistic expertise with technical innovation to produce engaging visual content that showcases our real estate projects through dynamic, AI-enhanced storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

AI Content Creation & Avatar Development

• Design and develop AI-powered avatar characters for conversational content and property presentations

• Create compelling visual narratives using AI-generated imagery and video content

• Collaborate with AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML) to produce high-quality visual assets

-Design character personas and visual identities for virtual property consultants and brand ambassadors

Social Media & Viral Content Design

• Create scroll-stopping visual content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms

• Design engaging property showcase videos, virtual tours, and interactive presentations

• Develop viral-worthy content formats including memes, infographics, and trend-based visuals

• Create cohesive visual campaigns that drive engagement and property interest

Brand Integration & Marketing Support

• Maintain brand consistency across all AI-generated and traditional design materials

• Design marketing collateral for property launches, events, and digital campaigns

• Create presentation materials, brochures, and digital assets for sales teams

• Develop visual content for website, social media, and advertising campaigns

Required Skills & Experience

AI & Digital Design Expertise

3+ years of graphic design experience* with demonstrable portfolio of digital content

Proficiency in AI design tools*: Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms

Avatar creation experience*: Character design, rigging, or animation for conversational interfaces

• *Video editing skills*: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software for AI-enhanced video content

• *Motion graphics capabilities*: Creating animated content, transitions, and dynamic visual elements

Social Media & Viral Content Mastery

• *Proven track record* of creating viral or high-engagement social media content

• *Platform expertise*: Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn content formats and algorithms

• *Trend awareness*: Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends and formats

• *Analytics understanding*: Experience using social media metrics to optimize content performance

Technical Proficiencies

• *Adobe Creative Suite mastery*: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
