Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Delhi for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales, identifying potential customers, understanding their needs and providing product recommendations. The role includes conducting sales presentations, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with clients. The associate will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets, staying informed about the latest industry trends, and compiling sales reports.

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of healthcare industry products and services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
