Job Title: Accountant

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Saturday (to be present in case of emergency work)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a loyal, hardworking, and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, vendor payments, GST, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally and MS Office with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle invoicing, quotations, and E-way bills.
  • Record purchase bills, vendor payments, and TDS entries.
  • Manage bank entries, reconciliation, petty cash, and vouchers.
  • Coordinate with CA for income tax, audit, and advance tax working.
  • Prepare and reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-3B workings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Must be loyal, trustworthy, and reliable in handling confidential data.

Eligibility:

  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Should reside near Kharghar / Navi Mumbai for easy commute.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in accounting or finance preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
