Freelancer Graphic & Motion Designer (Part-Time, Remote)

About TruckMitr:

TruckMitr is a growing digital platform focused on revolutionizing the Indian logistics and transportation sector. Our platform connects truck drivers, transporters, and logistics companies, providing an efficient ecosystem for job opportunities, training, verification, and freight bookings. We are looking for a creative Graphic & Motion Designer who can bring our brand to life through engaging visuals and animations.

Job Type:

  • Part-Time (Freelance/Contract)
  • Remote (Work from Home)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design social media creatives, banners, posters, infographics, and marketing collaterals aligned with TruckMitr's brand guidelines.
  • Create motion graphics, explainer videos, reels, and animated content for social media, app tutorials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work with the marketing team to translate concepts, campaign ideas, and stories into engaging visuals and animations.
  • Adapt creatives for different platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop high-quality illustrations, icons, and graphics for app and web usage when required.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design assets as per project timelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, motion tools, and social media creative strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Motion Designer (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva (or similar).
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and branding.
  • Ability to create 2D animations, GIFs, reels, and video editing.
  • Experience in designing for social media campaigns and performance marketing creatives is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Work Mode & Commitment:

  • Remote collaboration with the TruckMitr team.
  • Approx. 15–20 hours per week (depending on project requirements).
  • Flexible working hours, but must adhere to deadlines.

Compensation:

  • Competitive freelance/hourly/project-based remuneration (to be discussed based on experience and portfolio).
