Manage the complete recruitment cycle.
Source the best talent using various recruitment techniques (job portals, social media platforms, referencing, headhunting).
Communicate effectively with potential candidates via telephone and email.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Update the Recruitment Management System.
Maintain contact with candidates until they join.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
