Job Title: Revenue Manager

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full Time (On Site)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution across all properties.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust rates and promotions dynamically.
  • Manage Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as , Airbnb, Expedia, and others to ensure optimal visibility and performance.
  • Oversee the use of channel management software (e.g., SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, or similar) to synchronize inventory, rates, and reservations across multiple platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 revenue analysts or coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Analyze performance data using tools like revenue management systems (RMS), Google Analytics, or property management software to generate reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue diversification in the short-term rental and serviced apartment sector.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, pricing regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Revenue Manager in the hotel, short-term rental, or serviced apartment industry.
  • Proven experience in a similar field, with a strong understanding of hospitality revenue principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, including delegation, motivation, and conflict resolution.
  • Expertise in handling OTAs and channel managers, with hands-on experience in optimizing listings and resolving integration issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management tools, Excel, and data visualization software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to seasonal demand fluctuations.
