IVF Counselor

We are seeking an experienced IVF Counselor to join our fertility team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IVF treatment processes and excellent communication skills to handle patient queries, counseling, and emotional support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling to patients undergoing IVF, IUI, and related fertility treatments
• Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial packages clearly
• Coordinate between doctors, embryologists, and patients
• Maintain patient records and follow-up schedules
• Offer emotional support and help patients manage stress during treatment
• Assist in patient education and awareness programs

• Deep understanding of IVF process and fertility treatments

• Strong coordination & organizational skills
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, EMR handling)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
