Role Overview

We are seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves planning, supervising, and executing fabrication processes for structural fabrication and related components. You will work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for fabrication.
• Plan and manage fabrication activities, including welding, cutting, and assembly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the process.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize fabrication techniques.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot fabrication issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and quality checks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of welding, machining, and material properties.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality control processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fabrication of structures or heavy engineering industry.
• Knowledge of CNC operations and advanced fabrication techniques.
