Roles & Responsibility :


• Develop monthly content and campaign calendar for social channels and other relevant

platforms, aligned to launches, occasions and business goals.


• Plan, design and execute content for posts, stories, reels, ads and website banners,

maintaining a refined luxury tone of voice.


• Curate and produce promotion creatives for Meta Ads and the brand website, including

copies, layouts and landing creatives.


• Ideate, plan and execute Polki Stories product shoots (both in-studio and on-location),

ensuring styling and framing match luxury positioning.


• Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels, including behind-the-scenes, product highlights

and campaign stories.


• Manage posting, captions and hashtag strategy based on trends and insights; update posting

plans as needed to optimize reach and engagement.


• Design creatives for Ads promotions, social media postings and occasion-led communication.


• Build and manage a consistent social media grid/look, with a clear monthly visual plan and

mood boards / look books to guide shoots.


• Coordinate and, when required, travel for shoots, events and collaborations; manage

logistics for in-house shoots and talent/influencer coordination.


• Support PR and marketing activities for Polki Stories – sharing assets, coordinating coverage

and aligning social storytelling with PR moments.


• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, enquiries, ad metrics) and

recommend improvements.

Must-have skills and experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media / content for D2C, fashion, jewellery or luxury/lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and Meta Ads formats, proficiency of creating the same.
  • Hands-on skills in photography and videography using phone or camera for both static and video formats.
  • Working knowledge of design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut/InShot or similar).
  • Clear aesthetic sense for luxury, composition, styling and colour.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
