Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Changodar Ahmedabad

Experience Required: 5+ years in Accounting & Taxation

Qualification: M.Com/CA Inter/MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Preparation and finalization of Financial Statements including Balance Sheet, Profit &
  • Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Finalization of books of accounts of Private Limited Companies and Partnership
  • Firms.
  • Preparation and review of MIS reports with daily/periodic reporting.
  • Monitoring daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and identifying
  • discrepancies.
  • Supervising a team of accountants and finance executives.
  • Closure of monthly/quarterly accounts as per accounting standards.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Preparation & payment of GST, RCM, TDS/TCS liabilities.
  • Projecting tax liabilities and calculation of advance tax payable.
  • Filing of Form 15CA & 15CB.
  • Ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act, and GST Act.

Banking & Finance

  • Preparation of A/P and A/R ageing reports (monthly/quarterly).
  • Reconciliation of company transactions and bank accounts.
  • Preparation of documents for import/export payments, Letter of Credit (LC), and
  • closure of BOE/Shipping Bills.
  • Working capital management, submission of stock statements, and preparation of
  • documents for Term Loans/LAP closure.
  • Coordination with banks for foreign transactions, monitoring forex gain/loss, deposits, and payment schedules.

Audit & Coordination

  • Timely coordination with the Company Auditor & Company Secretary.
  • Assisting bank auditors and internal auditors in providing necessary documentation.
  • Handling reconciliations with vendors, customers, and inter-company accounts.

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintaining & timely renewal of insurance policies and fixed deposits.
  • Ensuring IEC updates and LUT renewal annually.
  • Preparing import costing and supporting management in financial planning.
  • Communicating with banks, suppliers, and customers through email and calls.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, and Income Tax Act.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP/ SAP/ any accounting software.
  • Strong analytical & reconciliation skills.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and foreign exchange.
  • Leadership ability to manage and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills.

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
