Banking SSC Exam Faculty

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced faculty members to teach all subjects relevant to SSC (Staff Selection Commission) and Banking exams (IBPS, SBI, RBI, etc.). The ideal candidate should have in-depth subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and a passion for guiding students toward competitive exam success.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor students in one or more of the following subjects:
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Reasoning Ability
• English Language
• General Awareness / Banking Awareness
• Computer Knowledge (if applicable)
• Conduct live/offline/online classes and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Design course materials, practice sets, test papers, and revision notes.
• Plan and execute exam-specific preparation strategies and mock test discussions.
• Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and ensure academic excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and current affairs.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (Mathematics, English, Commerce, or related fields preferred).
• Proven teaching experience for SSC, Banking, or other competitive exams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong command over at least two subjects from the SSC/Banking syllabus.
• Ability to teach with clarity, patience, and engaging methods.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and digital whiteboards (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students toward success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous selection in SSC/Banking exams (desirable, not mandatory).
• Experience with reputed coaching institutes or ed-tech platforms.
• Ability to create video lectures or handle YouTube/live sessions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹ ₹1,000.00 per hour
