Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manager for Foundry role located in Nehru Place. The Manager for Foundry will oversee daily operations of the foundry, ensuring efficient production and the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing the manufacturing process, supervising casting operations, integrating processes, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies for production optimization and process improvements while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Foundry Management with a focus on efficiency and operational excellence
- Proficiency in Casting, including S.G. Iron, C.I. Casting, and Special Alloy Casting
- Solid knowledge of Process Integration and optimization within a manufacturing environment
- Background in Metallurgy and Metal Casting with an understanding of International metal grades (e.g., ASTM, DIN, EN, BS, JIS)
- Problem-solving and leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with ISO and OHSAS-certified production facilities is a strong advantage
