Senior Vice President - Global Solutioning Leader

Location: Gurgaon / Noida (Open to Pune & Bangalore)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced leader from the insurance industry to head our Solutioning & Transitions function. This is a senior strategic role, responsible for creating winning business solutions, ensuring smooth client transitions, and driving growth through consulting and business development.

The ideal candidate will bring deep insurance expertise, proven leadership in client acquisition and transitions, and the ability to lead global teams while building strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solutioning and pre-sales activities, working with business development and delivery teams to design client-focused solutions.
  • Oversee smooth transitions of new clients and capabilities, ensuring projects start strong and deliver results.
  • Develop proposals, pricing, and strategies to win new business.
  • Build and nurture CXO-level relationships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs.
  • Drive consultative selling and manage large transformation/consulting engagements.
  • Mentor and lead the solutioning team, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Identify and implement process improvements (Lean Six Sigma preferred).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 20+ years of experience in the insurance sector, with strong exposure to Property & Casualty.
  • Proven expertise in solutioning, consulting, transitions, and business development.
  • Strong network and relationships at senior levels across insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs.
  • Experience in process excellence / Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and close high-value deals.
  • Open to domestic and international travel (20%).
