Plant Supervisor

· Oversee the entire honey processing and packaging operations.

· Ensure accurate and hygienic labelling and sealing of all product batches.

· Monitor timely dispatch of products as per the daily and weekly plans.

· Coordinate with logistics to ensure accurate shipment and documentation.

· Implement and monitor QC protocols for processing and packaging.

· Maintain product quality as per FSSAI and internal standards.

· Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation of the production area.

· Ensure that machinery and equipment are regularly cleaned and functional.

· Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of all plant machinery.

· Maintain maintenance logs and escalate recurring issues to Operations Manager.

· Ensure availability of packing materials and raw materials in coordination with procurement and warehouse.

· Arrange manpower and shift schedules as per daily production needs.

· Submit daily production and dispatch reports to the Manager Operations.

· Track productivity and downtime and suggest improvements.

· Ensure no delay in dispatch schedules.

· Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
